ADCP Modeling Compound (1.5kg bag)
ADCP Modeling Compound powder is an excellent base for preparing air dry clay, paper clay and papier mache.
While mixing the powder with water only, you will receive very soft clay that can be shaped with little details and an excellent papier mache paste when a large quantity of tissue paper is added to the mixture.
Colored clay can be prepared by adding tempera or acrylic paints to the mixture.
Mixing instructions
For little detailed projects (jewelry etc.)
Mixing ratio: 5 parts of powder, 1 part of water (by volume)
Put in a container 3 parts of powder and add the water
Mix well until receiving a sticky mixture.
Add another part of powder to the mixture and continue mixing.
Spread on a piece of paper another part of powder and put the mixture on it.
Knead the mixture until all the powder has joined with the mixture and receiving non sticky clay.
The mixed clay can be stored in a sealed plastic bag.
Note! The clay might get hard in the bag. Kneading it again will soften it.
For medium size projects
Put in a container one roll of tissue (toilet) paper without the central cardboard roll.
Add 600ml of water and leave for 10 minutes.
Make sure the paper has crumbled.
Add 3/4 bag of the powder to the paper and mix well. Make sure the paper is mixed well in the mixture.
Spread the rest of the powder on a working surface, put the mixture on the powder and knead until receiving non sticky clay.
The mixed clay can be stored in a sealed plastic bag.
Note! The clay might get hard in the bag. Kneading it again will soften it.

Add 3 litter of water and leave for 10 minutes.
